These terms govern your use of myofai.com (the "site"), operated by Luxod LLC d/b/a MyOfAI ("MyOfAI", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Website only
These terms cover the site only. Our installation, hosting and support services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by you and us. If that agreement conflicts with anything on the site, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on the site creates a contract for services.
No professional advice
Content on the site, including the vendor-oversight checklist, comparisons and articles, is general information. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it does not create an attorney–client or any other professional relationship. Each firm remains responsible for its own ethics, privacy and regulatory obligations and should get its own advice. We do not state that any use of AI, or any product or service, satisfies any ethics rule, statute or regulation.
Prices and the calculator
Prices on the site are indicative starting prices in U.S. dollars. They are not an offer that you can accept. Final prices, scope and terms are set out in a written quote or agreement. The price calculator gives an estimate based on the values you enter; your actual cost may differ. Prices of other vendors shown on the site come from public sources as of the date stated and may be out of date.
Your use of the site
You agree not to:
- use the site in violation of any law;
- send us protected health information, client files or other confidential information through the site;
- submit false information or someone else's contact details without permission;
- try to break into, disrupt, overload or test the security of the site, or get around our spam protection;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site by automated means, except as allowed by our robots.txt file for search engines;
- use the site to send spam or malicious code.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the MyOfAI name and logo, and the checklist, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages and download the checklist for your own internal business use. You may not copy, change, sell or republish them without our written permission. Other names on the site are trademarks of their owners, and their mention does not mean they endorse us.
Links to other sites
The site links to sites we do not control, such as ethics opinions and vendor pricing pages. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Opening a link is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption, free of errors or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. This section does not limit liability under a signed services agreement, which has its own terms.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify MyOfAI and its members, employees and contractors against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
