MyOfAI

For CPA, RIA and family offices

A closed AI environment for client financial files.

Tax-season volume. Vendor reviews that ask hard questions. Family information that should not sit in another company's AI tool.

A day with MyOfAI

With MyOfAI

Your team searches files in plain language, limited by role.

Why private
Written vendor terms for GLBA and Reg S-P reviews

Written terms for your vendor file

Rules such as these ask you to oversee service providers. We supply written terms for your vendor file. We do not promise that any system satisfies them.

  • GLBA Safeguards Rule, 16 CFR 314.4(f)
  • Reg S-P, as amended (compliance date for smaller entities: June 3, 2026)
  • NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500.11

Step-by-step workflow

StepWhat the AI doesWhat the professional does
1. Load the filesReads the documents and indexes them on your server.Staff choose the client files and set who may see them.
2. Compare yearsLists what changed between this year's and last year's documents.Checks each change against the source and decides what matters.
3. Find answersAnswers plain-language questions with references to the documents.Opens the source before relying on any figure.
4. SummarizeSummarizes statements, K-1s and long correspondence.Confirms figures and treatment.
5. Draft a notePrepares a draft client note or meeting summary.Edits it, applies judgment and decides what to send.
6. Prepare for reviewLists open questions from the file.Completes the professional review and signs off.

Documents it works with

The system reads the documents your team already keeps. We confirm your formats during the assessment.

  • Tax returns and workpapers exported to PDF
  • K-1s and supporting schedules
  • Bank, brokerage and custodial statements
  • Trust documents and entity records
  • Engagement letters and client correspondence
  • Meeting notes and planning memos
  • Your firm's policies and review checklists
  • Prior-year notes, so your team can see how an issue was handled before

What to prepare for a pilot

The pilot lasts 30 days and costs $1,500–3,000, credited in full toward setup. Choose material that shows how your team really works.

  • Three to five de-identified client files from past years
  • Two consecutive years of documents, for year-over-year tests
  • A finished comparison or client note for each, to compare against
  • The reviewers who will score the results
  • A list of the systems you would like it to read from
  • Your vendor review questionnaire, if you have one

How your data is handled

Your documents, prompts and AI answers never leave the system. Optional health monitoring sends only technical metrics (uptime, CPU/GPU load, disk space, service status), never content. You can turn it off; alerts then go to your own email.

  • With MyOfAI Box, client files are processed on a server in your office.
  • Access follows roles, so staff see only the clients they should.
  • The audit log records who did what, and it is switched on at install.
  • Remote support connects only when you ask, with MFA and a recorded session.
  • Your documents are not used to train any model.
  • Written terms and the 10-document package go in your vendor file. Your firm remains responsible for its own program.

Limits to know

  • Every output is a draft. A professional reviews it before anyone relies on it.
  • The system can misread a number, above all in poor scans. Check figures against the source.
  • It does not prepare or file returns, and it does not replace your tax software.
  • It does not give tax, legal or investment advice.
  • It does not include licensed tax research databases.
  • Local open models can be less accurate than leading cloud models on some tasks.
  • We do not currently claim SOC 2 or HITRUST certification. Check whether your firm's vendor rules require it.
  • It works only from the documents on your server. It does not look anything up on the internet, so it knows about a rule change only if your documents describe it.

Pricing model comparison

With general cloud tools, your client files add another outside vendor to review. With MyOfAI, the server and the admin access stay with your firm.

Questions

Can we get incident-notice terms and a right to audit in writing?

Yes. Both are part of the 10-document package.

Do you hold SOC 2 or HITRUST?

We do not currently claim SOC 2 or HITRUST certification.

Does it connect to our tax software?

We review your systems during the assessment and tell you what is realistic.

Can it read scanned K-1s?

Usually, depending on scan quality. Bring real examples to the pilot and check the figures against the source.

Can different teams be kept apart?

Yes. Roles and client-level separation are set up at install and tested in the pilot.

Does it give tax or investment advice?

No. It organizes and summarizes documents. Advice stays with your professionals.

Will it work during tax season with everyone on it?

We size the hardware to your users and documents, and you can test typical load in the pilot.

Who can see a family office's documents?

Only the people your firm gives access to. Roles are set at install, the audit log records activity, and our support team connects only when you ask.
