Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what information Luxod LLC d/b/a MyOfAI ("MyOfAI", "we", "us") collects through myofai.com, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Services we provide to clients are governed by separate signed agreements.
Who we are
Luxod LLC d/b/a MyOfAI is a Florida limited liability company at 2555 NE 193rd St, Miami, FL 33180. Phone (786) 520-1462. Email hello@myofai.com. We are the business responsible for the personal information described here.
Do not send protected or confidential information
This website is not a channel for client files, case information or protected health information. Please do not enter any of it in our forms or send it to us by email. See our HIPAA Notice.
What we collect
Information you give us in forms:
- Contact form: name, email, firm name, and, if you choose, phone number, type of office, number of users, products you are interested in, and a message.
- Checklist form: email address and, on some pages, firm name.
- Space waitlist form: name, firm name, email, and, if you choose, number of users and city.
- Your consent choices: whether you agreed to be contacted by email and phone, whether you agreed to receive text messages, the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, and your IP address.
Information collected when you submit a form:
- Your IP address, used for spam protection and to record your consent.
- Campaign values in the page address, if present: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid (a Google Ads click ID) and a partner referral code.
- Values you entered in our price calculator (number of users, per-seat price, hardware choice), if you came to the form from the calculator.
- Whether you viewed our pricing page during the visit, and the language of the page.
Information collected only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and how you arrived at the site. See Cookies and analytics below.
We do not take payments on this website and do not collect payment card or bank details.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule a call and prepare an assessment or proposal.
- To send the checklist you asked for, or to tell you when MyOfAI Space opens if you joined the waitlist.
- To send text messages about your request and appointments, only if you opted in.
- To decide the order of follow-up. We give each request an internal priority score based on your answers (for example, office size and type). The score is only used to sort requests. It does not decide whether we serve you.
- To protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse.
- To measure how the site and our ads perform, only with your consent.
- To keep records of consent and meet legal obligations.
The free-text message you write in the contact form goes to our notification email only. We do not copy it into our customer database.
Legal bases for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on these legal bases:
- Steps before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)): replying to your request and preparing an assessment or proposal.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): analytics and advertising cookies, text messages, and email follow-up beyond your request. You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): spam protection, site security, and keeping records that show we handled your request and consent properly.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): keeping records we must keep by law.
Our website and services are aimed at businesses in Florida. Your information is processed in the United States. Where our providers transfer personal data from the EU, EEA or UK, they rely on safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Who processes your information for us
We use these service providers. Each one processes information on our behalf, for the purposes listed:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and delivery, form processing, spam protection (Turnstile), and forwarding of email sent to our address (Email Routing).
- Resend: sending our notification emails and the replies you receive from us.
- HubSpot, Inc.: our customer database (CRM), where we keep your contact details, answers and consent records.
- Google LLC: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement, only if you accept the matching cookies.
- Microsoft Corporation: Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use pages, only if you accept analytics cookies. Form fields are masked so Clarity does not capture what you type.
- GitHub, Inc.: stores the website's content and lets our staff sign in to edit it. It does not receive information you submit through forms.
We may also disclose information to our professional advisers, if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, subject to this policy.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and advertising tools load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject them, nothing from Google or Microsoft loads. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We do not run advertising tags on our HIPAA Notice page or on pages about medical practices. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie and how long it lasts.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold it in the past 12 months. If you accept advertising cookies, Google receives information about your visit so we can measure our ads. California law may treat this as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time with the button below or the link at the bottom of every page. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
- Form submissions and contact records: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case your signed agreement governs.
- Analytics data: 14 months. Analytics cookies also expire after 14 months or less.
- Consent records (wording, date, time and IP address): 5 years, so we can show what you agreed to.
- Opt-out and unsubscribe requests: as long as needed to keep honoring them.
When a period ends, we delete the information or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
- The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Forms are checked for spam and abuse before anything is stored.
- Access to our email, CRM and website accounts is limited to staff who need it and protected with multi-factor authentication.
- We collect only the fields listed above, and we keep form messages out of the CRM.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy (access);
- correct information that is wrong (correction);
- delete your information (deletion);
- stop sending you marketing emails or text messages, and stop advertising cookies (opt-out);
- if you are in the EU, EEA or UK, also restrict or object to processing and receive your data in a portable format.
To make a request, email hello@myofai.com with the subject "Privacy request", or call (786) 520-1462. We may ask you to confirm your email address so we can verify the request. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. We respond within 45 days. If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we respond within one month, as that law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop email, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply UNSUBSCRIBE.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents
If you live in California, you have the rights described above to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site. The categories we collect are identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), professional information (firm name, office type and size), internet activity (only with cookie consent) and approximate location (only with cookie consent). We collect them from you and your browser for the purposes in "How we use it" and disclose them only to the service providers listed above. Use the button in "No sale of personal information" to opt out of sharing.
Florida residents
We do not meet the thresholds that make a business a "controller" under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. Even so, we honor Florida residents' requests to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, as if the law applied to us. Use the contact details in "Your rights and how to use them".
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, where we have your email address.
