Data and privacy
Our files are already in Clio or another cloud system. Why add this?
You have already vetted that system as a vendor. Most cloud AI tools add another outside company that reads your documents. MyOfAI works without sending documents to a new AI provider.
Where is my data stored?
With MyOfAI Box, on a server in your office. With MyOfAI Space, on a server reserved for your firm only. We do not use your documents for anything except your system.
Does the AI learn from our documents?
No. Training on your data is turned off. Your documents, prompts and AI answers never leave the system. Optional health monitoring sends only technical metrics (uptime, CPU/GPU load, disk space, service status), never content. You can turn it off; alerts then go to your own email. We document how you can verify this with a network audit.
Accuracy
Is it as accurate as ChatGPT?
Not always. Open models do well at search, summaries and drafts that a professional reviews, and on some legal benchmarks they score below the best cloud models. That is why every project starts with a pilot on your own documents.
Cost and contract
Is there a seat minimum?
No. Price is per office tier, not per user.
How long is the contract? Can we leave?
12 months, with exit terms in writing. Admin access is yours from day one.
Are there per-case or per-document fees?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee.
What does the pilot cost and what if we don't continue?
$1,500–3,000 for 30 days, credited in full toward setup if you continue. If you do not, your data is deleted and you get a certificate of deletion.
Setup and support
We don't have IT staff. Can we still do this?
Yes. We install, monitor and update the system. Your team only needs a browser and a login.
What happens if the hardware breaks or gets outdated?
Hardware stays under the manufacturer's warranty, and models are updated by software. Response times are written into your support agreement.
Which languages do you work in?
We work in English and Russian. Spanish support is planned.
Ethics and compliance
Is this compliant with ethics rules or HIPAA?
We cannot promise that, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Florida Bar Opinion 24-1 treats in-house AI as reducing confidentiality concerns, but your duties of supervision and review remain. We give you the documentation to support your own supervision.

What is MyOfAI Space?
A dedicated AI server reserved for your firm and hosted in a secured facility. You connect through an encrypted private connection.
Can we start with Space and move to the Box later?
Yes. You can move the system to your own office.
