What leaves the system
Your documents, prompts and AI answers never leave the system. Optional health monitoring sends only technical metrics (uptime, CPU/GPU load, disk space, service status), never content. You can turn it off; alerts then go to your own email.

How much power and noise should we expect?
It depends on the hardware tier. We review power and noise for your office during the assessment, before you buy anything.
How much space does it need?
Compact systems sit in an office or closet. Larger systems need a rack, which is not included. We confirm the location with you first.
Does it need internet?
Documents are processed on your office network. A connection is used for updates and for support sessions, which happen only when you ask.
What about warranty?
Hardware stays under the manufacturer's warranty.
What if it breaks?
You contact support and we respond within the time set for your tier, which is written into your agreement.
