Prices on this page are where quotes start. Your written quote gives the actual numbers for your office, line by line.
- Your tier, by number of users
- Setup: installation, configuration, roles and staff training
- Monthly support and the support hours in your tier
- Hardware, either bought by you or supplied all-in-one
- Pilot credit, if you ran a pilot
- Anything outside the Included list, as a separate line
- The date the quote was issued, and how long the hardware price holds
How hardware pricing works
You have two options. Buy the server yourself using our specification, and pay setup separately. Or choose all-in-one, where we supply the hardware and setup at one price.
Hardware prices on this page are approximate because component prices change often. That is why hardware quotes are valid for 14 days. All-in-one orders need a 50% deposit on hardware.
Either way, the server sits in your office and support is billed separately. Ask us about equipment financing options.
Contract terms in plain English
- How long is it?
- 12 months. Your support price is fixed for that term.
- What happens at the end?
- It renews automatically unless you give notice, 60–90 days ahead. The exact period is in your agreement.
- How do we leave?
- Exit terms are written into the agreement before you sign.
- How do we pay for support?
- Monthly by default. If you choose annual billing, you pay upfront for 12 months and save 10%.
- Who holds admin access?
- You do, from day one.

Why are prices shown as 'from'?
Your final price depends on users, documents, systems and the hardware price on the quote date. Your written quote has the exact numbers.
What if we add users later?
Price is per office tier, not per user. If you move past your tier's limit, we quote the next tier with you.
What does the pilot cost if we do not continue?
The pilot costs $1,500–3,000. If you continue, it is credited in full toward setup. If you stop, your pilot data is deleted and you receive a certificate of deletion.
Does the cost calculator include the annual discount?
No. The calculator uses monthly support prices, so its totals do not include the 10% annual discount.
