What your agency controls
- The server sits in your office (MyOfAI Box), or is reserved for your agency in a hosting facility (MyOfAI Space, waitlist).
- Administrator access is handed to you on day one.
- An audit log, access control and separation between teams, set up by us and kept by you.
- Training on your data is turned off. Your documents, prompts and AI answers never leave the system.
- Standard hardware from major manufacturers under the manufacturer's warranty, and exit terms in writing.
Questions procurement and records staff ask
- Security, retention, incident notice, remote access, licenses, liability and audit rights: every installation comes with ten documents that answer these.
- Public records: Florida's public records law may apply to what staff enter into an AI system, to its outputs and to its logs. Ask your records custodian and your attorney before you decide what to load. We do not give legal advice.
- Buying: we work from a written quote and agreement. If your agency needs a formal solicitation, vendor registration or a specific insurance level, tell us on the first call so we can say plainly whether we can meet it.

Prices are published. Setup from $3,000, support from $500 a month, with no seat minimums. These are indicative starting points, set out in a written quote.

Can staff use it for confidential records?
That is a decision for your agency under its own policies and the law. We set up access control, logging and separation, and give you the records you need to show how the system works.
