Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage that myofai.com uses, why, and for how long. It works together with our Privacy Policy.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Until you choose, and if you reject, only strictly necessary storage is used and nothing from Google or Microsoft loads. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of advertising cookies. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Strictly necessary

These are needed for the site and its forms to work. They do not need your consent and cannot be turned off in the banner.

  • myofai-consent (browser local storage, set by us): remembers your cookie choice. Kept until you clear your browser storage or change your choice.
  • utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, ref, visited_pricing (browser session storage, set by us): carry campaign values and whether you viewed the pricing page into the form you submit during the same visit. Deleted when you close the tab.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare): checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot. It loads when you start filling in a form and reads signals such as your IP address and browser type. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
  • __cf_bm (Cloudflare, only if its bot protection is active): identifies automated traffic. Expires after 30 minutes.
  • _ga (Google Analytics 4): distinguishes visitors. Expires after 14 months.
  • _ga_ followed by our property ID (Google Analytics 4): keeps the state of your session. Expires after 14 months.
  • _clck (Microsoft Clarity): keeps the Clarity user ID and preferences. Expires after 1 year.
  • _clsk (Microsoft Clarity): connects page views into one session. Expires after 1 day.
  • CLID (Microsoft Clarity): records the first time Clarity saw this browser. Expires after 1 year.
  • MUID (Microsoft): identifies the browser across Microsoft services, used by Clarity. Expires after about 1 year.
  • ANONCHK, SM, MR (Microsoft): support MUID. ANONCHK expires after 10 minutes, SM at the end of the session, MR after 7 days.

Clarity masks form fields, so it does not capture what you type.

  • _gcl_au (Google Ads): links ad clicks to conversions on our site, such as a submitted form. Expires after 90 days.
  • _gcl_aw (Google Ads): stores the ad click ID when you arrive from a Google ad. Expires after 90 days.

Google may also set cookies on its own domains under Google's privacy policy. We do not run advertising tags on our HIPAA Notice page or on pages about medical practices.

Site editors

Our staff sign in to edit the site at /admin/ through GitHub. That page stores a sign-in token in the editor's browser. Visitors never reach it.
